Dr Hajra Adil is a UK qualified and board-certified Family Medicine Consultant with over 15 years working in the UK National Health Service. She also spent some time working in Singapore for the prestigious Raffles Medical Group. She received her medical degree from the University of Leeds (UK) and completed her Family Medicine Training in Surrey.

She has done extensive work in Family medicine managing both acute and chronic diseases ranging from cardiovascular, respiratory, dermatological, musculoskeletal, pediatrics, mental health, men’s health and her sub-niche being women’s health and menopause care.

She has a Diploma in Obstetrics and Gynaecology from the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (DRCOG). She is also trained to fit intrauterine devices (IUD) including the Copper-IUD and Mirena and is an Associated Member of the Faculty of Sexual and Reproductive Health (FSRH).

She is also a member of the British Menopause Society. She is a keen advocate for preventative medicine and helps patients with issues related to increased weight and chronic disease.
