Our health care clinic is located in Dubai Healthcare City (DHCC). We are a team of Western-qualified healthcare professionals in Dubai who provide comprehensive health care for people of all ages, nationalities, and religions. Our services include rheumatology care for adults and children, psychiatry, counseling, family medicine, osteoporosis screening, and vaccinations. The languages we speak are English, Arabic, Urdu, Hindi and Kannada.

Health Call is situated in an out-patient clinical setting. Our clinic started as primary healthcare facility and has since evolved gradually expanding to offer more specialized care and we are in the process of recruiting more highly qualified specialist.

Dr Bassel Darwish and the staffs are very professional, concern, friendly and caring. Not only that they support the patient but the family as well and very collaborative. In times of emergency and critical situations, Dr. Darwish responded quickly and available in WhatsApp even outside of clinic hours. He is always kind. He believes in the best medicine for your condition not the latest medicine.The nurses are also kind and proactive. When they draw blood it is as painless as it can be.

Dr. ROLA helped me reduce my Cholestrole, LDL and increase my HDL (good) Chlestrole to optimal levels, I have never reached it before in my life before Dec 2023. Dr. Indira is absolutely amazing. I have never met a more knowledgeable or more empathetic psychiatrist. She is among the few who makes you feel heard, takes the time to ask how you are, and create a full healthcare plan while ensuring she explains every detail and not leave you trudging through any confusion.

I have been a patient of Dr. Darwish since 2010. The first time I visited him I cannot walk and sleep well, because of my gout. After continuous medication and follow up, he was able to control my gout. I never had any attack since 2014.. He is strict but very understanding. I always refer him to my friends and colleagues because I know that he can help them achieve freedom from gout. The nurses are very helpful and accommodating, they always goes out of their way to help me.
