Policies & Procedures

Appointments

To ensure timely service for our patients and optimize your experience, we encourage scheduling all visits in advance. In the event that you arrive late, we will strive to accommodate you; however, if our physicians are occupied, we may need to reschedule your appointment to honor the time of other patients.

For new registrations, kindly arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. Please present a valid identification document (such as Emirates ID or passport) for entry into the Dubai Health Authority (DHA) medical records system. Additionally, providing your previous medical reports, current medication records, and vaccination history may assist us as clinical reference.

Occasionally, despite our best efforts, delays may occur. Rest assured, we’ll keep you informed, offering the option to reschedule your appointment or consult with another available physician, ensuring your care remains our top priority.

Sick Child Visits

At our clinic, we prioritize prompt care for ill children. We strive to accommodate same-day appointments for sick children, so please contact our office in advance to minimize your wait time. In the event of a medical emergency during office hours, rest assured we will do our best to prioritize your child’s needs and provide immediate attention or refer you to the appropriate facility.

For families with two or more children requiring care, we recommend scheduling appointments for all siblings simultaneously. This ensures efficient and timely treatment for each child. Without an appointment, we may not be able to immediately accommodate a sick sibling, as our providers prioritize scheduled patients.

 Walk-In Appointments

We accommodate walk-in patients with non-emergency conditions as best as possible, fitting them into our existing schedule. Alternatively, we may ask them to return when scheduling permits.

Emergencies

In case of emergencies, please call 999 immediately. Emergencies include life-threatening conditions such as loss of consciousness, severe bleeding, seizures, and more.
