Dr. Bassel F. Darwish, is an American Board Certified Rheumatologist In Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE). With over 25 years of extensive experience in rheumatic diseases “rheumatism or arthritis” gained from his training and practice in the USA, Dubai, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, and Syria.

He received his medical degree from Damascus University and did his Internal Medicine residency at Wayne State University/Detroit Medical Center followed by Fellowship in Rheumatology at the University of Wisconsin, considered one of the top Universities in USA.

Dr. Darwish holds active permanent license to practice in the State of Wisconsin, USA and is a fellow member of the American College of Rheumatology. 

He has special interest in preventing and treating osteoporosis and illnesses related to vitamin D deficiency.
