Psychology Counseling in Dubai
A safe, confidential space to talk. Our UK-qualified counsellor works with children, adolescents, and adults using evidence-based talking therapies.

Talking therapy that meets you where you are
Counselling gives you the time and structure to understand what you're feeling and to build practical ways of moving forward. The approach is integrative — mostly CBT, with person-centred and psychodynamic techniques woven in where they help. The goal is not endless sessions; it's helping you get back to living the life you want.
The first session (50 minutes) is really about listening: what brought you in, what you'd like to change, and whether it feels like the right fit. Sessions run in clinic or by secure video call.
Counselling is led by Ms. Fariha Khan — a UK-qualified counsellor and Registered Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). She provides a warm, confidential therapeutic space for children, adolescents, and adults, integrating person-centred, CBT and other evidence-based approaches.
