Mental health deserves the same attention as physical health, and the same standard of assessment. The first visit is a proper 60-minute conversation — your story, current symptoms, sleep, substances, physical health — with validated screens where they help (PHQ-9, GAD-7, DIVA-5 for ADHD). You leave with a treatment plan you understand.

Sessions are confidential. Records are not shared with employers or immigration. Where appropriate, your care plan is reviewed at 2 and 6 weeks, and we involve family, school or your GP only with your consent.

Psychiatric care is led by Dr. Indira Priyadarshini — a UK-trained consultant psychiatrist with over 20 years of experience, including 14 years in the NHS and practice in the UAE since 2018. She is MRCPsych (UK), CCT-certified in General Adult Psychiatry, a Section 12 Approved Doctor under the UK Mental Health Act, and DISCO-trained for adult autism assessment.
